About the CEO Trainee role

We are looking for a CEO trainee to help us on a strategic and tactical level to develop and implement our growth strategies. This position is best suited for candidates who want to gain valuable experience in a managerial role with advancement potential.

During your traineeship, you will learn how to identify and apply important strategies and business processes. You will get to know the nuts and bolts of our company’s functions and operations and you will support our management team with daily tasks such as allocating budget and crafting performance reports. To succeed in this role, strong analytical skills and effective communication capabilities are of most importance.

Responsibilities

  • Help managers complete daily tasks
  • Understand each department’s (e.g. operations, sales) daily processes and goals
  • Support fundraising activities
  • Deliver information to the board and owners
  • Support the transition from consultancy to SaaS business model
  • Provide administrative support
  • Get familiar with personnel duties
  • Participate in company’s strategic planning
  • Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data)

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Management or Engineering
  • 0-2 years of post-graduate experience
  • Experience in leadership, business development or similar relevant field, gained from previous positions, internships or extracurricular activities
  • Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills
  • Fluent in English is required (additional languages ​​are meritorious)

The role is a full-time position based in our office in central Stockholm
